Hey there! ^^ ~

We are a new blogshop and we would like to clarify a few things:

We will be fully operating this blogshop hopefully by the end of the month (May 2012). Until then, we will be taking orders for new album releases this month (A Pink, IU, INFINITE etc ;D).
We will be selling albums and merchandise and we do try to keep our prices to the very minimum!
We are completely trustworthy and kindly ensure you have your full trust in us when you make your orders!
We hope to get as much support as possible and hopefully be a blogshop that you would constantly look to to purchase items. (:

Before purchasing from us, ensure that you have read our Terms and Conditions which can be found under "Profile".

This is just a random introduction of ourselves to get to know us better so that you may consider trusting us or not (if that helps).

We are Tricia, Fion and Huda. Our personal twitter accounts are (inserts Tricia's twitter account but she decides that she wants to be mainly on our mamashoppeu twitter account x)), @fubbydubu and @squishybaozi respectively. All of us are Shawols! (Welcome to the SHINee World hurhur) and our biases are Jonghyun, Onew and Minho. To see the other fandoms we're in, you may refer to our twitter accounts. If we change our usernames, we will update you at @mamashoppeu.

Anyway, here is our job scope:

Tricia would be the one contacting you guys for meet-ups and the one checking our email and twitter/emailing and tweeting so yep she's the contacting person. We do have a sgkwave account and this will also be maintained by Tricia. (:

Fion would be the one liasing with our supplier and chasing you guys for payments hohoho (< oh and the account you're transferring to? Yep, her account. So she's the $$$ person basically.

Huda would be the one collating orders, ordering, updating order status and checking orders when they arrive. So she's the order person. Oh and she's the blog person posting blog posts for orders and maintaining the blog (:

So the one typing the post right now is Huda. But Tricia and Fion edited hehe.
Our jobscopes, however, is just a rough guide so yeah we do help each other out :D

terms & conditions

Please read!

Do adhere to the following Terms & Conditions:

1. There should be no cancellation or backing out of orders once the batch is closed and ordered. No refund will be provided even if you do so.
2. Only bank transfers, cash deposits (POSB Savings 195-53298-2) and meet-ups upon collection are available for payment.
3. If we do not receive your payment once the batch closes, your order will be cancelled unless prior arrangements have been made.
4. All payments are highly encouraged to be made before we send your orders in. If you have any problems doing so, please let us know and we will try our best to accommodate.
5. A text message will be sent to you via text to confirm your order. Please inform us if you do not receive any text from us as no text from us means no confirmation.
6. All sold items are not refundable or exchangeable.
7. There will be no refunds once you have made payment, unless the item is out of stock. The same applies should our supplier MIA on us.
8. Please check your items immediately when you receive them as we are not responsible for any defects or damages afterwards.
9. We do not guarantee that there’ll be posters for all albums purchased. Do ask us beforehand if you need confirmation as to whether there will be a poster.
10. We are 101% trustworthy! But only purchase from us if you have full trust in us.
11. Do clear all your doubts before making your orders! (through twitter/email) We are friendly people and we’re more than willing to answer your questions!
12. There is no fixed waiting time for your orders to arrive. Hence do not purchase from us if you cannot wait. (You have to take into account when the batch closes. Do refer to our order status to check if your batch has been ordered! It would take 1~3 weeks afterwards.)
13. Meet-ups are only available at the respective venues (Bishan MRT, Tampines MRT, Marymount MRT etc.), but you can request for other venues and we will try to accommodate!
14. As for postages, sometimes the price of the postages vary due to the weight so if you are asked to add in a bit more as your package is heavy, do cooperate and understand that postage is according to the weight of your package.
15. Do be responsible and inform us at least 2 hours beforehand if you’re unable to come for the meet-up or you would like to change the meet-up to an earlier or later timing!
16. Try to be as punctual as possible for meet-ups. If you are going to be late, please inform us. An extra $2 will be charged for the next meet-up if you are more than 45 minutes late without any prior notification.
17. All albums that we take orders for are definitely included in official charts. If they are not, we will mention.
18. The terms and conditions may be altered without any prior notice, therefore do make sure to read our T&C BEFORE ordering.
